[meteorite-list] Trial and Sentencing Dates For Lunar Rocks/Meteorites Theft

I've been informed that the trial for Gordon McWhorter has been
rescheduled for July 8, 2003 in Orlando, Florida. McWhorter was the
individual who chose to run and not appear at the trial scheduled for April
7th. He was subsequently arrested in Utah and is now in federal custody.
McWhorter now faces additional charges in additional to the charge of
possession of stolen government property (i.e. lunar samples). The
sentencing hearing for all four individuals involved in the theft is
scheduled for August 5, 2003 in Orlando.
