I currently have a small Bison piece (among others) up on ebay ....shameless
plug: ebay listing #2171352069. When I list items, I use either the Natural
History Museum's "Catalogue of Meteorites" (Monica Grady, et. al) and/or "
Meteorites from A-Z" (Anne Black and Mike-and-Bill Jensen) for
classification/date/TKW details. "Meteorites from A-Z" will have its Second
Edition available in September '03...speaking of shameless plugs ;-) I'm at
work right now and don't have access to either reference work, but I have to
believe that both identify Bison as an IMB (impact melt breccia).

When I listed the auction I suffered a momentary brain-hiccup & I attached an
incorrect picture (added URL to the correct pic is listed within the auction
text). But looking at Martin's pic too, it begs the question: What are the
cracks within the matrix? When I listed mine, I noted the cracks but
assumed/suggested that they might be a result (considering the piece's small
size) of cutting. Martin's piece has similar cracking but I begin to wonder
if cutting is the answer, with his being being substantially larger and more
solid. Any observations?
