OSCEOLA, Missouri (AP) -- Geologists think they might have discovered one of
the largest meteorite craters in the United States.

Some 350 million years ago, a space boulder 400 meters across entered the
Earth's atmosphere and struck an area near the future site of Osceola,
Weaubleau and Bolivar in the Missouri, according to researchers.
