Hi Robert and List,

I was not aware I was making posts under HTML. I simply copy the shortcut
from another Outlook document and past it in. When I receive my own posts
the shortcuts always work. The only problem I have had is sometimes the
second half does not link when the string is too long but have not had this
problem recently.

Do you have any advice for me concerning this?

All the Best,

Adam
