I was referring to my earlier post that it WAS an earlier fall, which the later report clarified was entirely wrong on my part. My comment was entirely dependant on one having a history based in the US. Then, by meaning is perfectly clear (unless it was a US reader that didn't watch Saturday Night Live a couple of decades ago).
