Hi David,
        Thanks for the humor.
        I point out, however, that my defense is of list policy and not of
a particular person - and DEFINATELY NOT of the behavior being condemned.
It's one of those Thomas Paine things, you know ...I don't agree with what
you say but will defend your right to say it... that sort of thing.
        In fact, should anyone be suffering under the delusion I am in
favor of repeated ads on the list, please be dissuaded of your illusions. I
think frequent advertising is rude and lacking in social grace and
consideration altogether. As stated earlier, this is not a single
participant, either, though one person may currently be ahead of the pack.
Then, again, when it is done after many different members have repeatedly
expressed disgust and dismay, well, then it does make one wonder....
        However, I have a filter and a delete button.
