Woodleigh thus constitutes the largest member of a cluster of Late Devonian impacts, which include Alamo Breccia, USA (100 km), Charlevoix, Canada (54 km); Siljan, Sweden (52 km); Ternovka, Ukraine (15 km); and Kaluga, Russia (15 km). Other evidence reported in support of Late Devonian extraterrestrial impacts includes the iridium anomaly in the Canning Basin, Western Australia, and microtektites (glassy meteorite) and elemental anomalies (including iridium) from Hunan in South China and Alberta in Canada.
