The conference should be of interest to astrobiologists, impact scientists, geologists and others. As well as examining patterns of recovery in impact structures, the workshop will also explore themes such as the formation of hydrothermal vents within impact structures and the biological consequences. __________________________ Dr. Charles Cockell, British Antarctic Survey, High Cross, Madingley Road, Cambridge.
