WM. LAURIE, the gentlemanly pencil pusher of the Tribune, has presented t=
he Historical Society with "a remarkable meteorite." Bill would never pre=
sent anybody with a common meteorite. He brought it all the way from the =
Sashatchewan, where they grow to the height of several inches, and can be=
 raised in vast quantities with the aid of a derrick.
