Hello all,

About a year or so ago the Nevada State Museum sponsored a lecture on
rock art (petroglyphs, pictographs, etc.) and the state of the art in
dating the art. One of the topics covered was the deposition of
desert varnish. The following gentleman is doing some research in this
area, and may be of assistance:
