Date: Thu Apr 22 10:04:54 2004 Message-ID: <200205282255.g4SMtFPD015594_at_bean.epix.net> This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=____1022626515230_CaWe.FLuGh Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Alpha particles aren't rays they are helum nucleii and are stopped by paper skin etc etc etc The only radioactive danger from trinitie is the out chance of a plutonium particle--that is a legitimate but REMOTE concern. so scan it if you have a chance. BTW Gieger Counters won't detect alpha radiation even if you wwere drowning in it. Some fiestaware(red) is very active in the Alpha range. The trinity site has a slightly elevated background radiation equal to that of a trans continental flight. And I am tired of the conspiracy theorist-- there are boards for that elsewhere and I am tired of non scientific based speculation ad nausea I am tired of being tired... Would a savior step forward and acutually post some this ------=____1022626515230_CaWe.FLuGh Content-Type: text/html; name="replyAll" Content-Disposition: inline; filename="replyAll" <HTML><BODY STYLE="font:10pt verdana; border:none;"><DIV>Hello All,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My trinite will just barely moves my gigacounter....barely.
