The meteorite I found (only one, we just crossed = Acfer from one crater to another ) is in Algiers in the landowners = hands. !=20 Times are changing, no? Funny isn't it ! BTW, where are yours ? Then when you get these authorizations, for Amguid, you just need a good = pair of shoes and a large backpack.... but an helicopter is fine too. Best day. Dear Michel, We really enjoy your post on the mailing. We are a small team spending = its time to prospect meteorites in Africa and in October, we have = crossed just south of Tin Bider. During our trip, we didn't have the = information about that crater so we have just concentrated our effort on = meteorite recoveries on Acfer. A lot of finds, isn't it? It seems not = well prospected! It was just after our return that we realized the opportunity we have = left to do those fantastic bivouacs. Have you photos of these craters = and what itinerary have you used to reach Amguid.
