OK, I see what the problem is. The website refers to a javascript file,
animate.js, which does not exist. When Netscape detects the missing file, it
displays a "Not Found" error message. Internet Explorer ignores the
missing file and displays the page. Unfortunately, it appears the
every page on this website refers refers to the missing file, so the entire website
is inaccessible to anyone using the Netscape browser.
