Fede,

You betcha! In a Noo Yawk minute. Well, actually it would
be a very large asteroid rather than a meteor, but who's counting?

I'm currently reading a good book on the subject titled
"Disturbing The Solar System, Impacts, Close Encounters,
and Coming Attractions", by Alan E. Rubin. Rubin is a research
geochemist in the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics
at U.C.L.A. He's the author of over 100 scientific papers, but
this is his first book. Just published.

I bought it on Amazon.com.
