Hi Jeannie and all,

This individual or is it more than one, tries to use scare tactics to intimidate those
who have bought their items. I believe if it were me, I would contact that
individual's State Attorney General (or you might have to lodge a complaint through
yours so they can contact theirs) and see what kind of consumer protection system
they have. More than likely Jeannie would be able to file a complaint against these
frauds (hope they don't sue the state :-) and an investigation into them would be
launched. Keep in mind if you are a business and bought these as a business it will be
more difficult. States are more interested in prosecuting people who are running scams
or are cheating individuals rather than one person or individual (where a conflict has
occurred) so keep that in mind. I would state that you fear others will be taken
advantage of and scamed. Keeps you from going legal to reclaim your money (though you
might get it back) and puts them in the place they deserve and gets them in trouble as
they deserve. My best!
