This is the answer from Ebay of my question regarding
the meteorwrongs on Ebay:

· File an online Fraud Report between 30 and 60 days

Trade.
· Contact the NFIC (The National Fraud Information
Center).
· File mail fraud charges.

* VERY IMPORTANT: If you paid for this item with a
credit card, please
get in touch with the credit card company right away.
Many of them
provide protection for online purchases. If they deny
your claim, or if
you didn't use a credit card please file a Fraud
Protection Claim.

Now I do not, if use this methods for clear Ebay from
the meteorwrongs, is ok or is the probably buyer have
to inform Ebay of the fraud?
