I agree. I have seen this happen, as well. This List
had a close call about 2 years ago, when I made a very
similar post, but the List responded to the challenge
(meaning we didn't make ANY response - we just plain
ignored the subject, or refrained from using obvious
key words that certain special interest groups use in
an Internet search of various Archives for discussion
groups such as ours).

Art, I implore you to be pro-active in this regards.
And here is something that only you have visibility.
Should you notice an unexpected spike in membership to
the List, such as BEFORE the Tucson Show, then it may
already be too late.

Many of the more recent List members may take lightly
these warnings. But if you were to ask some of the
long-standing List members, they would tell you that
this post is out of character for me. Let that serve
to show how serious I view this threat.

I believe that this post and the author's follow-ups
violate list rules that the discussions here only
relate to meteorites. Simply putting the word
"meteorite" into a relitigious spew does not make it a
meteorite discussion. This is quite obviously a
realigious post and it HAS NO PLACE HERE.
