WORK DONE BY THE METEOR OBSERVATION AND RECOVERY PROJECT SHOWED THAT ABOUT 23,930 METEORITES RANGING IN SIZE FROM 4 OUNCES TO 20 POUNDS LAND SOMEWHERE ON EARTH EVERY YEAR. OF THESE ¾ ARE LOST IN THE OCEANS, LEAVING ABOUT 7,500 OVER THE ENTIRE EARTH’S LAND AREA. THIS WORKS OUT TO ONE METEORITE FOR EVERY 10,000 SQUARE MILES PER YEAR. PAGE 307 ROCKS FROM SPACE 0.RICHARD NORTON. OHIO HAS 40,953 SQUARE MILES 640 ACRES EQUALS ONE SQUARE MILE. 640 X 40,953 EQUALS 26,209,920 ACRES IN OHIO. IN NININGER’S OPINION THAT IS 40,942 METEORITES MINUS THE 11 RECOVERED METEORITES IN OHIO. MORP FIGURES WOULD BE 24,565METEORITES IN 6000 THOUSAND YEARS- I’AM PRO CREATION. THAT WORKS OUT TO ONE METEORITE FOR EVERY 1.6 MILE. ARE PROJECT IS TO DO 100,000 ACRES. IF THERE IS A SIZABLE METEORITE PEOPLE WILL RECALL THE ROCK. IF IS NOT SIZABLE IT WILL NOT RING A BELL. WHEN HUNTING METEORITES DOOR TO DOOR I JUST SHOW PEOPLE PICTURES OF METEORITES. BASICALLY GIVING THEM A FAST EDUCATION IN METEORITES . HERE ARE THE RESULTS SO FAR A LOT OF PEOPLE WHERE NOT HOME.
