Hello all-

I recently sent a geode that got destroyed in the mail. It is insured for
the full value. If any of you others sellers out there have any experience,
can you let me know how to proceed? Do I refund the buyer then work to get
reimbursed on the insured amount, or is it up to the buyer to work through
the USPS? Does he have to send it back to me?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
