Paul, I "bit the bullet" a long time ago, and now ship virtually all meteorite orders to the USA by DHL Express at my own cost. I don't charge customers for it, so it costs me well into 4 figures each month, but it's faaaaast and reaches US customers in about 2 days typically....sometimes only 1 day, sometimes 3 days if a weekend intervenes. With online tracking in real-time available, it brings a lot of peace of mind all round, I can tell you! Plus, whenever I order a meteorite for my own collection, I still get a major buzz from it and can't wait until it arrives.....I want it here "yesterday", not 2 - 3 weeks from now :-) Cheers, Rob. www.meteorites.uk.com Fernlea Meteorites, The Wynd, Off Dickson Lane, Milton of Balgonie, Fife.
