[meteorite-list] a bad N.E. Meteoritical Services experience?

Has anybody had any experience (good or bad) with the New England
Meteoritical Services? I ordered a micro specimen over a month ago, and
supposedly one was sent to me, but never arrived. A second one was
supposedly sent, but again never arrived. A third was going to be sent last
week, but hasn't arrived.

Anybody else experience this, or have had a good experience with them?
