Hello Everybody,

First I would like to think everybody that took the time to enter and I =
hope I didn't make anyone's mailbox explode. I will need everybody that =
entered to send me their address so that they may receive their free =
micromount. And with that out of the way, the moment you have all been =
waiting for...okay, the moment some of you have been waiting for. Drum =
roll please...(Try to read this part real =
fast)...du-dud-du-dud-du-dud-du-dud-du-dud....the winner of Meteorite =
Contest #7 is (pause for suspense)......Mike Reynolds!! (now imagine =
background cheering).

Here was Mike's entry and the theme for Contest #7.....

Hi Mark:=20

My entry... for contest #7: When you have shown someone your =
meteorite(s), what's the wildest/strangest comment or question you've =
been asked?=20

Mike

There were many great entries. You guys really made it hard for me to =
decide. The easter egg hunt, the funniest story, what is the perfect =
specimen and why? and many others were more then worthy of winning and I =
thank you all for your response. Some of these may make it into a future =
contest.

As a bonus to those still reading.....The entry that made me laugh the =
most.....:-)

I haven't yet read all the entries so hope this isn't a duplicate. =
Contest 7 could be the closest guess to how much Mark spent on shipping =
for contest 6.=20

Certainly not related to collection size or knowlege level. Best =
Regards,=20

Phil=20

And not really an entry.....but a limerick that was sent after limericks =
were suggested by Bob King....I'll let the writer go un-named for his =
own protection....:-)

There once was a meteorite hunter,=20
Who searched far and wide round Mt. Sumpter,=20
But he found it absurd,=20
When finally he heard,=20
His find was a petrified dog turd.=20

Thanks again, Mark Bostick "The Big Collector"
