Hullo, Probably you lot have come across this book before, but I got it today..."minerals from the Earth and Sky" part of The Smithsonian Series #3. Printed in 1944, it gives great detail on finds and falls and also lists all known meteorites (!) Fascinating volume! So, anyone familiar with it? dave -- In gentle decay, dave IMCA #0092 imca_0092_at_hotmail.com (for IMCA member contact) http://www.meteorites.ic24.net/index.html http://www.meteoritecollectors.org "I have a proof that x^n+y^n=z^n never has integer solutions for n>2. However, it won't fit into my signature file...."Received on Fri 12 Apr 2002 05:14:32 PM PDT |
