If anyone has the beads, I used to use them to store with our paintballs
(when my husband and I played) to keep them from getting mushy in the
extreme Hawaii humidity. We had them in a small perforated metal tin, and
they would change colors from clear or pale blue to pink when they had
absorbed as much moisture as possible. To rejuvenate them, we would put
them in the oven for 3 hours at 250-300 degrees F; when they went clear or
pale blue again, they were ready for reuse. If you still have them in the
plastic baggies, I'd reccommend transferring them to a metal container.
Try using a Sucrets or Altoids box with small holes in the lid; that way,
you won't even need to take them out to reheat them.
