Collins, Colorado) which keeps universal time with atomic clocks. This is located at 2.5,5, 10,15 and 20 MHz. By seeing what time it is universal time and subtracting the difference from your local time you can come up with the 6 or 7 hours difference you need to know. Also you may be able to hear the signals coming in from Hawaii at your location. Sometimes I can hear them here. Great for timing events in astronomy.
