Dear Mir hunters,

Believe it or not, Taco Bell will be giving away free tacos, to anyone
who asks, if portions of Mir strike a floating bullseye it has
positioned in the Pacific. I can't make this up.

>From a more apocolyptic perspective, some are interpreting the ninth
prophesy of the Hopi people as the descent of Mir. Here is the ninth
prophesy as given by White Feather of the Bear Clan: "You will hear of
a dwelling-place in the heavens, above the earh that shall fall with a
great crash. It will appear as a blue star. Very soon after this, the
