Good afternoon!

I have read several posts regarding the plundering of
Saharan countries. I saw this today on the list:

"STOP PLUNDERING SAHARAN COUNTRIES!"

I would like to know the definition of "plundering"
used in the above 'request' as well as the
circumstances under which one might obtain meteorites
from this area without the adjective "plundering"
being applicable.
