[meteorite-list] Meteorite Catalog and CD's "CTL3D.DLL" file

I purchased the Catalog of Meteorites, and it seems that there is a problem in installing it.

The problem seems to be with a missing file "CTL3D.DLL"

Without this it will not run on my computer with WIN'95.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, and how was it solved?

I have tried to link to the Meteorite Catalog site for answers, but it seems to be down.
