I SEEM TO REMEMBER A FEW MONTHS AGO THE RUSSIANS REFUSING IMMEDIATE
INTERNATIONAL ASSISTANCE TO RESCUE SUBMARINE CREW MEMBERS, BECAUSE THE
SITUATION WAS UNDER CONTROL AND NOT AS BAD SOME HAD SPECULATED- A GREAT
MANY GOOD PEOPLE DIED BECAUSE OF A GOVERNMENT'S NEUROSIS. THIS IS
CERTAINLY NOT ON THE SAME SCALE AS CANADA/TAGISH LAKE, BUT THE SAME
ELEMENTS ARE THERE- THE BEST OF HOLIDAYS TO ALL, GRANT ELLIOTT
