Date: Thu Apr 22 09:37:37 2004 Message-ID: <3A461066.DBE6D9B3_at_mailbox.bellatlantic.net> I SEEM TO REMEMBER A FEW MONTHS AGO THE RUSSIANS REFUSING IMMEDIATE INTERNATIONAL ASSISTANCE TO RESCUE SUBMARINE CREW MEMBERS, BECAUSE THE SITUATION WAS UNDER CONTROL AND NOT AS BAD SOME HAD SPECULATED- A GREAT MANY GOOD PEOPLE DIED BECAUSE OF A GOVERNMENT'S NEUROSIS.
