[meteorite-list] More Artifact facts...

Dear List and Archaeologists;
If the 1906 antiquities act protects: features, artifacts, and all
things in an archaeology site, then....wouldn't meteorites be claimed as
protected under the 1906 antiquities act....above the Smithsonian's
scientific value...or below it... and definitely not to remain in the
hands of the finder I wouldn't think?
Be careful how one handles this one, pandora has more than one box....
Resigned to sadness, my meteorites are a spiritual entity to me as
well.
