Hello All,
Does anyone have a clue as to how the shepherding moon can "repel" ring
material? Better yet a link to a site?  I read NASA's definition and I
believe it to be in error.(<
http://ringmaster.arc.nasa.gov/glossary.html>)  As per my previous post
on the subject, there is only one "repelling force" which I am aware of
and that is magnetism.  I have read thru several web pages and the
mechanism is not described.

While I am here  can anyone point me to a graphic on this "horseshoe"
shaped? auto /turck racetrack astroidal orbit or recent discussion?
