King Sale Number Six

Hello List,

We had a successful conclusion to the fifth sale from the Dr. King
Collection of Meteorites Saturday, and I'd like to, once again, thank everyone
who has participated, or just stopped by to look at our photographs.

We will continue our ongoing program with Sale Number Six, one week from
today (Saturday June 5) at Noon, E.D.T.

A number of List members have requested that we present a few of the more
sought-after items from Dr. King's collection, and so we are doing just
that! Next week we'll be offering a piece of Sylacauga -- the famous
meteorite that, in 1954, bounced off a wall and hit poor Mrs. Hodge of
Sylacauga, Alabama after plunging through the roof of her house. In
addition, we'll have Marilia and Phum Sambo (both with fusion crust); a
piece of Charsonville formerly from the collection of the Natural History
Museum in Paris; a 16.8g piece of Acapulco with crust; two pieces of
Nakhla; a small fragment of Winona; an amazing oriented Nuevo Mercurio with
a distinct "nose cone," and more.

Photographs of all these meteorites are now available on my web site at:
http://www.meteoritebroker.com/salepage1.htm

Sincerely,

Steve Arnold
