Hello All:
I'm sorry, but am I the only one who thinks this is a bit childish?
I'm new to this group, but to have 5 or 6 apparently "senior" members
(or at least active, vocal ones) of the group all announce with great
melodrama that they're disgusted and they're quiting . . . it strikes me
as just a tad hokie. I could see my six year old son doing this, but
aren't we all supposed to be adults?
You can all flame me at will, but I just think somebody needs to call
all of you on this. Why decimate the list because you're upset about
some inappropriate posts? What will that accomplish? Is it supposed to
be some kind of punishment enacted against the rest of us? Is it just to
spite us? Is it just to hear our pleas for you to reconsider?
I just don't understand it. Maybe it's because I'm new and haven't fully
learned the dynamic of this list yet.
Bo Widerberg
