I'm not sure where your connection is made between the diamonds and
stardust is found. Diamonds are not, by nature, an indication of being from
a different region of space or time. For that matter, I guess I need a
working definition for "star dust" since this 'thread' may be more of a
'fabric' at the moment given all the concepts offered in the reply posts.
