Someone mentioned that Nakhla was the only known meteorite known to kill
(dog). There's been other deaths as well, including one that killed
a calf in 1860. There were also unconfirmed reports of other
deaths, including a man killed in 1825, an monk around 1610, and 10,000 (!)
people killed in China in 1490 during an apparent meteorite storm. A lot of
these reports have been difficult to verify because they happened so long ago.
There is small number of cases where a person was hit but lived, the most
well known example when a 8.5 meteorite struck a woman in her house
in Alabama in 1954. There is about 150 instances of man-made object being
hit by meteorites (cars, houses, boats, maiboxes, etc.), and there are
even more instances of near-misses.
