Here is another reply I received from a Russian scientist on this matter. It
seems to be different from the previous response (from a different Andrei).
Dear Joel,
The only crater with similar name I am aware is 'Ternovskaya' (48.1N, 33.6W)
in Ukraine. Its diametre 6 km, age 280 000 000 years. Is it the same?
