FYI,
For those W95 users having problems with BIN attachments- 
If double clicking icon in mail reader does not open file, do this: 

To open a bin file:
Save file attached.
Go to where you saved it. 
Right click, select open.
Dialog box will open.
Select notepad, and check always open with....then ok
UR done.

You will now be able to open it in your mail reader from now on.
Some files will be html - read thru item - may be same as e-mail message ,
or htm version of a mail message. Just save file if interested as .htm and
drop in your browser.

Some will be further encoded files - uuencoded, etc. Get a program called
coderpad or something similar (see www.tucows.com) to handle these.
