I've heard recent reports of "tektites" found in Utah's Canyonlands
(probably not tektites at all but more likely impactite/crater glass)
near an area called the "Subway". Of course, there is a questionable
impact dome structure in Canyonlands, but wondered about the connection.
Does anyone have any refernces to newspaper or magazine articles about
these finds? Thanks! -- Lou
