Dear Jim,
However you have your email address configured (as per emails both to
the newsletter & to me, personally) I keep getting "return" emails
stating email is undeliverable to that address - there is some sort of
problem here.

Dear Daniel Garson,
I was gone for 10 days, so missed what must have been the beginning of
this "dialog" or diatribe, or whatever. However, "...a clear case of
theft." is clear only in the mind of Ron Baalke.
If the pieces were left in the street, there could be a case for "public
domain," ETC, ETC, ETC. However, without getting into minutia, NO ONE
other than a judge hearing the case has the right, or the authority to
declair the actions of your father, "theft."
Best wishes, Michael
