OK, OK. As I said before:
" I MIGHT be able to obtain about 1g of this to sell now, before the whole
rock is
sold.
Is there anyone out there that would be willing to pay me $100 for a 1 gram
piece of it?"
Casper, it really isn't fair that you are bidding this up without giving
anyone else a chance! But I will see if I can get the 1 gram piece, which I
am pretty sure I can, and if no one is willing to match your offer of $201,
then you can have it!
My point here wasn't to see who the highest bidder would be, but to see if
indeed ANYONE out there would be willing to pay $100/g (other than you Casper)
for a real small piece. Maybe what I need to do is construct a one seat
auction room full of mirrors and ONLY invite you down, and when you see all
the "other people" bidding, you will keep trying to out bid them! :-) I'll
invite you down for ALL the meteorites I get from now on, OK?
I'll tell you what, if anyone else really does want to buy a piece of it
around $100/g but you are afraid of being accused of "running up prices" you
can email me OFF the list. We can discuss the options and stop making all the
list subscribers mad because we are wasteing their time and hard drive space!
