  Howdy Y'all Live from Monahans Texas,



I am sorry for the long delay in getting back to y'all.  As some of you
might know already, the Monahans City Council voted Unanomously to give the
Meteorite to the Kids that found it!

At 5 pm today, the city gave the meteorite to the boys!

CNN's Headline News is covering it as I write this, as well as Good Morning
America is broadcasting LIVE from the fall site tomorrow morning.

For all of you that got on my case about the title "The Fight For Truth,
Justice and the American Way"  I will let you know that one Councilman, in
particular, seemed to be really offended about my posts here to you fine
folk, and the cameras caught him going on for I would guess about 10
minutes, offering his opinion on it.

It was not clear WHY they decided to give the rock to the boys, but it
seemed that they genuinely wanted the boys to financially profit from their
find!

I look forward to following up with more details a little later.
