I must agree with another participant who requested that the blatant
advertising being posted to this list cease.
I don't mind a posting such as: "I have some 'xyz' for sale, check out my
site (insert URL here)", or "I have some 'xyz' for sale, e-mail me directly at
(insert email address here)." But posting localities (plural), sizes (plural,
plural), prices, etc...etc...etc...blah...blah...blah is stretching the
limits. If I see something that interests me in even a one sentence posting,
I'll check it out, as I'm sure most others will. Better yet, set up a
private-notification mailing list as both Michael Blood and Matt Morgan offer
(my appologies if others do too).
This is just my opinion...I could be wrong. (to paraphrase Dennis Miller)
Sincerely,
Craig McDonald
