every solid has a vapor pressure. so you must look up the vapor pressure of
ice at whatever temperature of interwest. this can be found in the CRC
chemical rubber handbook or other compendiums of thermodynamic data.
basically it is given by the fugacity of H2O for the reaction ice=vapor at
the temp of interest
