Assuming that we all want the list to be taken seriously (and at the
acknowledged risk of being labeled a language snob), I would offer:
"Disseminate" means "to spread or broadcast"
"Decimate" means "to destroy"
We all make mistakes, but, Jeez, folks, this isn't even close. But the
list is fun & informative, & will be all the more enjoyable if written
carefully. Let's all keep up the good work, and try to eliminate the bad...
