Found your comments about possible earth origin meteorites interesting.
However, there are some factors I think might warrant consideration.
You seemed to be saying any earth origine meteorite would necessarily
be melted due to the force required to blast it from the earth's
gravitational pull. While this would seem to be a prerequisite of small
quantities of material, it would not necessarily be true for large
quantities resulting from HUGE impacts.
Also, if the melting theory were absolute, would not all the lunar &
martian meteorites ALSO have to be melts?
